Grundsätzlich ist diese Art des Yogas für nahezu jede Schwangere sinnvoll, die sich hierfür interessiert. Solltest Du Dich für Yoga während Deiner Schwangerschaft interessieren, bietet Dir das enso yoga studio in Berlin die richtigen Kurse. In einem Yogakurs für Schwangere werden gezielt die individuellen Bedürfnisse der werdenden Mütter berücksichtigt und auf solche Übungen selbstverständlich verzichtet, die weniger geeignet sind. Da sich unsere Lehrgänge auch an schwangere Anfänger richten, sind Vorkenntnisse im Yoga nicht zwingend nötig. Unsere ausgebildeten Yogalehrer legen den Unterricht darauf aus, Dich fachkundig und kompetent während der Schwangerschaft zu begleiten. YOGA IM ZWEITEN TRIMESTER.

Nun beginnt der Bauch stark zu wachsen. Auch die Phase der Müdigkeit und Übelkeit neigt sich dem Ende. Falls Du vorher noch kein Yoga praktiziert hast, ist nun der geeignete Zeitpunkt dafür gekommen. Das Positive im vierten bis sechsten Schwangerschaftsmonat ist, dass Du Deinen Babybauch stolz präsentieren kannst, dieser Dich aber in Deiner Bewegungsfreiheit noch nicht einschränkt.

Daher ist das Pränatal Yoga nun eine gute Gelegenheit mit Atemübungen und Meditationen Deine Emotionen und Gedanken zu beruhigen. Mit diesen Vorbereitungen schaffst Du ideale Voraussetzungen, die Geburt Deines Babys als etwas Positives zu erleben.

POSTNATAL YOGA.

Diese Kurse bieten jungen Müttern nach der Entbindung spezielle Übungen zur Rückbildung. Nach circa sechs bis acht Wochen nach der Geburt kannst Du damit anfangen. In diesem Kurs wird Deine Muskulatur vom Schulter- und Nackenbereich über den Rücken bis hin zum Beckenboden gekräftigt und aufgebaut.
